| Warranty policy |
| All our products have 1 year warranty time (since the date of the shipping). |
| For the faulty units which not by man-made damage: |
| 1. We can supply 1 additional spare part to you if you purchase 100 products. |
| 2. Any defective products under guarantee will be repaired without charges. The
buyers and we will pay for one delivery either forth or back. |
| 3. After guarantee date, we will take some charge for the spare parts. And all the transport expense will be the buyers. |

| Customers pay the charge for samples as well as the freight in general. |

| T/T in advance. |

| Delivery date |
| 1. Sample order: Within 3days after receiving the copy of T/T, or deliver from stock. |
| 2. General order: in 3-7days upon receipt of payment. |
| 3. OEM case: |
| Trial order: 2~3 weeks after all details are confirmed, including Logo,Packing etc. |
| Repeat order: in 6~10 days upon receipt of payment. |
